WholeWorldBand and Dr. Coys Health Foods have been shortlisted for the Irish Times InterTradeIreland Innovation Awards 2015. WholeWorldBand has been nominated in the Creative Industries category and Dr. Coys for the Agri-Food category.
WholeWorldBand is an app that allows musicians to easily make music and videos that can be shared by musicians worldwide. Recently, WholeWorldBand co-partnered with Warner Brothers to offer users of the app the chance to sing ‘Baby, it’s cold outside’ with Idina Menzel (Frozen) and Michael Bublé for the 2014 Christmas season. WholeWorldBand were also involved in providing a fundraising platform for Band Aid 30 to invite people to film themselves singing Bono’s line, “Well tonight we’re reaching out and touching you,” before nominating friends to do the same. The campaign was very successful and has boosted the profile of the app.
